Teen found semi-conscious after suspected overdose

As discussed during the dispatch call, medical responders are sent to a home near Carrollton Street in Madisonville for a 19-year-old man who reportedly overdosed the previous night and is now passed out in bed but still responds to voice. A family member believes he may have taken more substances.
