Masked intruder enters apartment, then flees

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported non‑active burglary at an apartment on Allison Avenue. A complainant stated that a man dressed in black and wearing a mask walked into the apartment, then left when confronted. The complainant reported having an airsoft gun, and it was unknown if the other man had any weapons or where he went.
