Driver flashing lights in smoky gray Ford hatchback

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers received a report of a smoky gray Ford hatchback that was flashing its lights while traveling northbound in the Magna area between a major west road and a south road. Units were attempting to locate the vehicle.
