Traffic stop and report of gray van near food plant

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a traffic stop involving a white 2010 Chrysler Town and Country. They then went to the White Earth Food Distribution Plant after a report of a charcoal gray van whose occupants had spoken with staff and then drove off, possibly heading toward Naytahwaush.
