Object from SUV shatters car windshield on roadway

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller reported that an object from a black SUV struck and shattered the windshield of a green Mercury Mariner on Spring Hill Church Road near Oquinn Road in Mamers. Deputies were dispatched to the apparent traffic-related property damage incident.
