Cars corner bear and cub outside Mammoth Lakes condos

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of people surrounding a large bear and a cub with multiple vehicles at a Mammoth Lakes condo complex, using headlights and horns and apparently blocking the animals from leaving.
