Aggressive occupants in black sedan block rural road

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies respond to a reported disturbance near Shepherd Hot Springs, where people in a black sedan parked in the middle of the road with the lights off allegedly became aggressive after being asked to turn down loud music.
