Vehicle hits fire hydrant on Hinton Way

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded after a vehicle apparently struck a fire hydrant near Hinton Way in Manassas. The vehicle was removed and the hydrant still appeared to function while awaiting a water department check.
