Person unresponsive with difficulty breathing on I-384

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews respond on I-384 east near an exit for a reported unresponsive person with ineffective breathing in a vehicle on the shoulder. Police are also requested at the scene of this motor vehicle incident.
