Traffic stop for suspected unpaid tolls

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a traffic stop on a Maine passenger car near the intersection of Western Avenue and Pelton Hill Road in Manchester. The vehicle was reportedly suspected of unpaid tolls. During the same radio traffic, officers were also sent to an alarm activation at a medical facility on Main Street involving motion detectors in common areas.
