Husband takes wife’s car and threatens to damage it

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a call from a woman near East Fifth Street in Manchester reporting that her husband left in her gray four-door Hyundai and allegedly threatened to damage the vehicle. He was believed to still be in the Manchester area.
