Suicidal male threatens overdose and reportedly has access to a handgun in Port Orchard

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical and police units were dispatched to the Timber Trail Rd E area near E Van Buren St and E Cascade Dr for a reported 76-year-old suicidal man threatening to overdose on medication and reportedly having access to a handgun. The scene was described as not secure.
