Child falls 10 feet, injured neck and wrist

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to a residence on 31st Street Northwest for a possible medical emergency involving a minor who reportedly fell about 10 feet and may have neck bleeding and a broken wrist.
