Commercial fire alarm at apartment complex

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a commercial fire alarm activation at a large apartment complex on West End Boulevard. Fire crews and fire prevention units appear to be responding using a designated tactical channel. It is not clear from the radio call whether there is an actual fire or only an alarm activation.
