Man with dementia wanders into neighbor's home

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller from near Santa Fe Place reported their neighbor entered their home without clothes and showed signs of dementia. Officers were requested to check on the individual who drives a white vehicle with a known license plate. No weapons or drugs are known, and suicidality is unknown.
