Partial airway obstruction reported near Almond Ave

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units were dispatched near Almond Ave at Joaquin and Center for a reported partial airway obstruction at a residence. Radio traffic inconsistently described the patient as a 1-year-old girl and later as a 41-year-old woman.
