Smoke reported near train bridge construction

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a smoke complaint near North Main Street and Brooks Boulevard in Manville, possibly coming from the train tracks by a construction area. A second caller reported a possible non-smoke condition near a nearby business, which may be related to the same situation. No active flames were reported, only smoldering.
