Yelling reported in possible domestic dispute

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to a reported disturbance with yelling and screaming at a residence on North Boulevard. Dispatch noted prior history at this address involving a man with a domestic violence warrant and a caution that he may be armed and dangerous.
