Suspicious SUV repeatedly driving on Captain Block Lane

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to Captain Block Lane for reports of a suspicious white SUV, possibly a Volvo, repeatedly driving up and down the street and stopping in the roadway. The driver was reportedly getting out and walking onto nearby properties before returning to the vehicle.
