Car speeds toward person and scatters trash on road

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers are alerted to a report on Fox Road in the Town of Marcy of a white Porsche sedan with black decals that allegedly sped toward a caller, struck garbage bags, and continued northbound, scattering debris in the road.
