Elderly man not breathing after tracheostomy dislodged

As discussed during the dispatch call, rescue units are dispatched to a home near East Pheasant Lane in Marietta for an apparent medical emergency involving an 87-year-old man whose tracheostomy tube reportedly came out and who initially was reported not breathing.
