Teen in mental health crisis reported attempting self-harm at Country Crossing

As discussed during the dispatch call, units were dispatched to a disturbance/medical call at Country Crossing involving a 17-year-old female reportedly having a mental health episode. She was described as screaming/arguing with herself and attempting to cut herself with plastic or glass; rescue was also requested.
