Suspicious car seen leaving home area

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a suspicious black car near a residence. The occupants said they did not know who lived there and mentioned a boyfriend inside, then left before contact. The vehicle, described as a black sedan with temporary tags, reportedly drove north toward the fairgrounds area.
