We got a call for a vehicle on the side of the road by the intersection of Simarano by 495, 4-Amp, parked in such a way that people coming off the ramp might hit it. We then got a call north receive a call from that same area, male party walking down the street, dressed all in dark clothing, carrying a duffel bag, and he almost got struck as well. So that's as suspicious now, and this is a vicious car all in the same area.
