Welfare check on possibly intoxicated pedestrians

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies conducted a welfare check on two possibly intoxicated pedestrians near Lens Creek Road and Clark Drive in Marmet, West Virginia. One person was reportedly on their knees by the roadside while the other was walking toward the interstate.
