Man follows woman after reported assault in Marshall

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible assault-related verbal disturbance near the YMCA and a nearby church on East Yerby Street in Marshall. A male on a bicycle and a female walking westbound were reportedly involved, with the male following the female. The reporting party, driving a black Honda SUV, said the male had allegedly assaulted the female in the past. Responding units later located the male in the nearby 600 block area.
