Person sitting shirtless in grass by roadside

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were dispatched to check on a man reported sitting in the grass without a shirt near FM 1793 and Fern Lake Cutoff on the southbound side of the road. The situation was treated as a possible suspicious person or welfare concern.
