As discussed during the dispatch call, officers advised they were returning to the complainant’s residence near W Depot St in Marshfield, where a child was being walked over by (name withheld) and dropped off. Separately, a caller in the police lobby wanted to report someone possibly violating a TIO/no-contact order by contacting friends and family.
