As discussed during the dispatch call, martinsdale first responders were requested for a medical emergency reported near Walnut Ln in Warren County. A 14-year-old reportedly had a seizure and is currently not breathing; bystanders reportedly do not know CPR. A Madison County ambulance is en route.
