Officers monitor man who had knife, no injury

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers and medics were staged near South Taft Avenue and 19th Street Southwest in Mason City for a possible incident involving a person reportedly armed with a knife. The person later appeared calm, no longer had the knife, declined help, and left the area, and medical units were cleared from the scene.
