Reports of intoxicated drivers near golf course

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded near Willow Creek Golf Course in Mason City to a third-party report that a man and his partner appeared intoxicated and were preparing to drive a white pickup and possibly a white Escalade. A separate report also mentioned heavily intoxicated people in a black SUV driving in the area.
