Unconscious diabetic male with low sugar on Ann Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units were dispatched to the area of Ann Road in Mastic Beach for a report of a possible medical emergency involving an unconscious adult man with a history of diabetes and low blood sugar. The man was reported to be breathing but not fully alert.
