Woman shaking with swollen knee and pacemaker at residence

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical personnel were dispatched to a residence near Circle Street in Mather, Morgan Township, for a 53-year-old woman who was reportedly shaking uncontrollably with a painful, swollen, hot left knee and a history of a pacemaker and Down syndrome.
