As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller reported a male walking back and forth on railroad tracks behind a residence near Rock Road, acting erratically and yelling for several hours. The caller stated he had previously come up the driveway claiming to work for a natural resources agency testing water. Law enforcement was requested to check the area.
