Hit-and-run crash involving suspected drunk driver

As discussed during the dispatch call, indiana State Police respond to a reported hit-and-run crash near 11th Street and Massachusetts Avenue in Matthews. A caller reported being struck by a possible drunk driver in a black Buick sedan that left the scene and may be heading further into Matthews.
