Person locked in bathroom during psychotic episode

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a location off West Butler Road for a reported mental health crisis. A caller reported that a friend was having a possible psychotic episode and might have a firearm. The caller was locked in a bathroom while waiting for help.
