Hit-and-run pickup returns to crash scene

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a possible vehicle crash or traffic incident at Madison and Ninth involving a white Chevy pickup truck. The pickup reportedly left the area southbound on Madison and was later reported to be back at the scene. A witness and other callers appear to have reported the incident.
