Car and bicycle crash injures rider on First Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers and medical crews responded to a possible collision between a car and a bicycle near First Avenue West and Second Street. The bicyclist reportedly left the scene but was later found on West First Street with an apparent leg injury and bleeding from the knee. There is an indication the bicycle may have been stolen from a nearby location.
