Screams of children and man in pain heard near Old Cedar Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller reported hearing several young children screaming for their mother and an older male yelling as if in pain near Old Cedar Court and Old Cedar Road. The caller may have a history of emergency dispatch-related calls. This appears to be a possible medical emergency.
