Female patient outside at 13th and Marshall with access issues

As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical incident involving a female patient occurred near 13th and Marshall streets. EMS reported the patient was outside and talking, but access was very tight due to trailers parked, making ambulance access difficult. EMS requested the patient be brought to them at 13th and Marshall.
