Person with knife walking in middle of highway

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers respond near the three-mile area of Northeast (number withheld) Mile Lane in McMinnville for a report of a person walking in the middle of the highway. An ambulance is already there trying to move the person out of the roadway, and radio traffic indicates the person may have a knife.
