Man found unresponsive in blue SUV at traffic light

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to the (number withheld) block of Meadowbrook Road in Meadowbrook for a report of a man in a blue SUV who appeared to be passed out at a traffic light, with it unclear if he was breathing. Responding units later reported they could not find the described vehicle and returned to service. A separate medical call for general illness was dispatched to a location on Philippi Pike in East View.
