Man passed out in blue SUV at Meadowbrook Road bridge

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire and EMS were sent to a possible medical emergency involving a man in a blue SUV who appeared to be passed out at a construction zone on a bridge on Meadowbrook Road near Route 19. The vehicle apparently left the area before units arrived.
