As discussed during the dispatch call, medford Police are investigating an incident near Wellington Station involving an injured party with a head wound. A male suspect (described as Hispanic or Black) may have had a BB gun, a firearm, or a knife; last seen wearing all black and possibly fled westbound toward Somerville.
