Intoxicated neighbor pounding on door with nitrous tank

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report from Lee Street in Medford of a possible disorderly neighbor. The caller said an apparently intoxicated man pounded on her door, approached her vehicle, and was seen holding a nitrous tank before moving around a nearby corner. The man was described as being in his thirties and associated with a gold Toyota RAV4 and a prior DOC contact on Bridge Street.
