Driver loses tires and flees into water and woods

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers pursued a vehicle that had lost two tires while traveling on Pond Street. The vehicle stopped near a day camp, and the driver reportedly went into nearby water and then fled into the woods toward Elm Street near a house on Pond Street. Units, a K-9 team, and a drone were used to search the area.
