Officer checks on car out of gas on I-95 northbound

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reported a possible disabled vehicle that ran out of gas on I-95 northbound near mile marker (number withheld) in Medway, and a unit was sent to check on the driver and arrange a tow if needed.
