Suspicious man going door to door on Wood Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to a possible suspicious person complaint near Wood Street after a caller reported video of an unknown man going door to door. While units were responding, a separate apparent medical emergency occurred in which someone reportedly fell unconscious and rescue and an EMT were requested. The suspicious person call was later canceled when the caller no longer wanted contact.
