As discussed during the dispatch call, ambulance and fire units were sent to a store parking lot near Burton Road in Memphis, New York, for a 67-year-old woman with difficulty breathing, dizziness, and an apparent diabetic problem after not taking insulin for several days. She was believed to be near a light pole in the lot, possibly in a blue Mitsubishi Mirage with out-of-state plates.
