As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received an iPhone satellite emergency call about a person who appeared to be stranded near the Blaylock Creek West trailhead on County Road 82. The caller reported that water was preventing the person from leaving the area but there were no reported injuries. Responders were working with limited information based solely on the reported coordinates and message.
